$350 Mn deal from BT to Tech-Mahindra

India's sixth-largest software exporter by sales, is a joint venture between BT and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., India's biggest utility vehicle and tractor maker. The company develops software for telecom service providers and telecom equipment makers and its clients include BT, AT&T Inc., Alcatel SA, and Vodafone.
